Samsung 64GB DDR4-3200 registered ECC server memory module, PC4-25600 on a 288-pin RDIMM at 1.2V in a dual-rank x4 organisation built from 36 16Gb (4G x 4) DDR4 components. The onboard register buffers the clock, command and control signals, and eight added parity signals carry ECC, which is what keeps densely populated two-DIMM-per-channel server configurations stable at 3200 Mbps. Samsung lists the part as x4 organisation, up to two ranks per DIMM, and in mass production.
