Returns and refunds.

We broker the deal, so the manufacturer is the seller of record, and their policy governs returns and refunds for your order. We share those terms with your quote, so you know them before you buy.

• The manufacturer or supplier is the seller of record. Their policy, shown on your quote and order, sets the window, condition, any restocking fee, and who pays return shipping.
• Built-to-order and allocated GPU systems are usually non-returnable except for defects or DOA. That’s the manufacturer’s call, not a fee we tack on.
• Refunds are issued by the seller of record directly, under their terms. We’re the broker, not the merchant of record, so we’re not in the payment path.
• We ship within the US only, so cross-border returns don’t come up.
