Site terms
These terms govern use of the gpupartner.com website and the marketplace UI. They are not the Master Services Agreement (MSA) — that document governs the brokerage relationship and is presented for signature when you accept your first quote.
Account use
You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up, to use the site for lawful purposes only, and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or activity inconsistent with U.S. export-control rules.
No public pricing
Pricing for compute capacity is not displayed on the site. Quotes are bespoke per deal and provided through the RFQ flow.
Export control
Some GPU SKU / jurisdiction combinations are restricted under U.S. export-control regulations (BIS / EAR). RFQs may be flagged for additional review or declined where required.
Liability
Site content is provided as-is; we make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Limits of liability for the brokerage relationship are governed by the MSA, not by these site terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active accounts.
